1. Learn hand-eye coordination by
    playing T-ball.
2. Focus on balance by using a balance
3. Build strength by playing with a ball
    and parachute, soccer, and other fun
    outside activities.
4. Learn and practice cartwheels,
    somersaults, head and hand stands,
    and other aerobic exercises.
5. Focus on over-all good posture.
